History and develpment:
DDM Consulting, originally a Belgian company, was formed in 2005 by 3 senior consultants, each with over 15 years of experience in the field of contact centers. The company has experienced rapid growth in sales, workforce and market presence. Today, the company has 20 employees who focus full-time on contact center solutions, 15 of whom are Genesys Certified Professionals. DDM Consulting b.v. presently has offices in Belgium (headquarters), the Netherlands and China. We provide services throughout Europe, in particular in the Benelux, France and Germany.
DDM Consulting b.v. regards telephony as 'one of your key business applications' within the IT architecture as a whole. Telephony is an application which only really achieves its full potential when combined with your other key applications such as the internet, CRM and ERP applications. Software and system integration can thus also be regarded as our core activity.

Software development and integration:
DDM Consulting developed several solutions / products as add-ons to the Genesys infrastructure, particularly in the field of end-user applications. A few examples are the multi-media / open-media Agent Desktop Toolbar, Distri-Q® - a solution for intelligent queuing - and several applications to improve routing and reporting management. DDM Consulting has also developed additions to the Genesys suite, such as the DDM (Web) Call Back Server and EventController.
